I feel i am totally out of mind now. I have a daughter of 1 year old. Every thng js good and normal in my life. But i have so many fears. Main buhat extreme per chali jati hun. Kisi k parents ki death ho tu lagta hy abhe k abhe mery parebts ko kuch ho jaye ga. Kisi k baby ki death ho main raton ko jag jag k apni baiti ko daikhti hun k wo theek hy? Saans ly rahe hy? Mujhy her waqt lagta hy main mar jaon ge.....please help me please

dear it seems u have death anxiety nothing else other wise , u have to
understand that is the reality of life but this does not mean that u should
b afraid all the time just leave up to GOD and have faith that nothing
wrong is going to happen to u

Management will start based on the events/thoughts that bothers you. You need to seek a therapeutic help as soon as possible
