I am dealing with severe depression and panic anxiety from 1.5 year I had all the sypmtoms that usually occurs in depression cases, i consulted a psychologist and took medication so most of the symptoms have gone. Now the only symptoms that are remaining is the unbearable constant "pain in the throat" and "shortness of breath" which is called "Somatization" if im not wrong which is due to depression most probably and i really gets angry and feels weakness because of it So i just wanted that if there is anyone who can really help me getting rid of my problem of constant pain in the throat and shortness of breath due to depression so please do let me know and what would i have to do
you can take proper session with a psychologist and take proper consultation and also take psychological session
u have symptoms of anxiety disorder. specially shortness of breath. anxiety and depression overlap each others. so again consult any psychiatrists for medications and psychologist for psychotherapy.

Did psychologist prescribed you meds or psychiatrist? As only psychiatrist can prescribe meds.. If you have not take psychotherapy then do take sessions from practising clinical Psychologist.. You can visit my profile too

Well, in your case I am more interested in knowing if triggers of depressive symptoms have been addressed or not. Secondly, if you had consulted doctor prior and you feel you need more sessions, it is my sincere advice to please visit him again if you are comfortable. If not than select the doctor of your choice and start therapeutic process. Third, I prefer not to say which therapy suits you since I am sensing that you you are already doing research and additional information would add in the burden.

Mam i dont think that there are any triggers of depressive symptoms here

For this disorder try to visit Psychologist of your area
Where are your physical tests which show you have no medical problem? Depression at such a young age is strange. Upload your tests done by GP.

Which medicines did you take? It can be side effects of medicine. let me know name of medicines you were taking. Increase your water intake as well.
