dear kaleem it is very clear that you need help perhaps a combination of medicine and therapy. that means a psychologist and a psychiatrist. best for you is to go to a facility where this team is available. like a govt hospital. so that both work together. in the meantime take appointment from a psychologist via marham which you can visit weekly. this is not a simple thing to be resolved in one or two sessions

I have checked in Govt Hospital they suggest sleeping tablets, but due to working in bank as Operational Manger position I can't do this.
