I am having severe anxiety from some days. In which whenever i wakeup i feel soo much burden on my chest with palpitations (which last for hours). Yesterday it got worst with stomach ache and loose motions( i dont know if diarhea has some sort of connection with it). I take inderal for my palpitations but they didnt helped much. Please advice. And yes i do have stress due to domestic issues

yes,anxiety can caused symptoms like palpitation,stomache and even diarhea etc..calm your mind and relax your body by practicing deep breathing,muscle exercise,follow sleep hygiene...make a worry list,...look for the triggers (time,situations) make u feel more anxious,...consult a psychologist to learn how to cope with domestic issues.
