Talk to Psychologist on Schizophrenia Patient
Asking for Sister, Female, 26 years old, MULTAN
My sister is suffering from depression, mental disorder since childhood. Her symptoms got worse every year for 1 or 2 months. Currently, she is taking zolp 10mg , pequit along with reline anti-depressant. She only sleeps for 5 to 6 hours at nights with zolp 10 mg. Please suggest additional tablet with zolp that can improve the sleeping disorder as she is difficult to handle after she awake.

medications are not permanent treatment, temporarily they sooth person, but depression or anxiety or any other mental health issue is basically a caused by disturbed pattern of thoughts, behaviour and relationship issues. a therapist can solve these issues in one on one settings.

in title u have written schizophrenia and in msg u are saying depression. the diagnosis of ur sister is not clear. sleep hygiene techniques can be taught to the patient for her sleep issue. for that sessions with psychologst would be required.
