Is there anyone who can provide free online psychiatric/psychological consultation while the patient remains anonymous? As the person can&rsquo;t afford to visit a psychologist and is hesitant of opening up to anyone.

I cant do it for free because you want special service as you want to be anonymous and dont want to disclose identity moreover you need other apps for session which wont be recorded at marham.  so you cant have a free service but you can have a reasonable fee. The fee could be reduced to 300 rupees/session.
