Asking for Self, Female, 21 years old, Abbottabad
Assalam o Alaikum! I'm a 21 year old female. Married three months ago and I'm pregnant. I have sever depression, panic attacks and anxiety disorder. I spend hours in crying and weeping but can't feel any better and I want to have a chat with psychologist but I can't make a video call. I can't tell much about what happened to me I just know that I don't want to live anymore. Please tell me what I can do to get out of this situation. Please!

it seems prenatal depression and anxiety...it usually happens in expected young mothers..facing poor social support,marital conflicts, traumatic experience in past or ambivalent feelings with to being pregnant etc....suffering can lead towards health consequences for mother and fetus like premature birth,low weight and mother health issues too....try to take good sleep,eat healthy and take plenty of water...ask any family member to help you to approach any professional to discuss problems in detail
