Set target for yourself and then keep some reward for it.. But u have to promise urself that I have to achieve that target.. Divide your tasks on daily basis if its long. and if task is short then divide it in parts.. Motivate yourself by saying "I can do it" ad many times as u can.. Keep giving reminder yourself that u r the one who can deal with it in a good way.. And indeed u can do itðŸ‘
