My little son like to rub his privite part he don't touch it but he always lay down on any object and push himself up down left right he doing from when he was 1 year old and he is hyper active also don't like to sit on a single place is it normal or I should consult to the doctor please suggest me .

need more information. if he is hyperactive then he find it as a activity you should kept him busy in other activity. and distract him as much as possible.
