overthinking is related to assuming the things that are not actually going to happen. like thinking about the past situation continously although you know you cant change it. or thinking about future without doing any effort for future goals.
in your case i thinking you are fantisizing about the things that gives you pleasure. and it is contionus because you like to live or create an imaginary world.

most of time I think about future which is totally imaginary
or sometime I try to find out the solution when I will be in trouble which not even happened with me or any chances in near or remote future

I think lack of activity is main reason behind it
coz I don't have activity nowaday due to close of educational institutions

Dear You definitely need professional support under the supervision of a counsellor. I appreciate your thoughts on self help tips. However, Self help is important and helpful at times but not always. It is from where the problem starts, people do use self help tips wrongly and when their problem gets complicated then they contact professionals. I would advice, please seek support and get custom made advice after providing the whole picture of your circumstances. Counselling is for less serious issues. Clinical psychotherapy is for serious issues. Take care of yourself. Hope it helps.

I want just to get rid of over thinking(either which I have Experinced in past or a totally imaginary story ) which not keep me active from present time activity

Self love is the most important thing overthinking insan ko nuksaan dyti hai continuous negative thoughts actually self sabotage hai esk background may bohat c chezen hoskti hein wo session k through he pta chal skti hein. First thing is when you your self is hurting with thes thoughts then stop it right now and start loving your self by thinking positive in every possible way. Second start exercise walk. Drink alot of water and take good care of yourself.

always live in present ...dont thinking about future or past...engage yourself in productive activities..keep a diary of your thoughts and analyse cost and benefits of your over thinking...overthinking can be obsessions and ocd so consult to a psychiatrist for medicine
