Firstly i recommend therapy to resolve the issue. However, if for some reason you cant take therapy, than practice breathing exercises to control you anxiety.

I would say this again

this will control your anxiety to some level. However, as there are other issue also present it might not be that effective.

You sit in a quiet calm room, switch off the lights if you are comfortable with it, i would suggest to sit on ground and close your eyes (again if you are comfortable with it), start with short breathes and eventually take deep breathe and exhale through mouth and try to focus on you breathing throughtout practicing this exercise.

I can understand what you are going through. Fear and negative thoughts are two of the most common emotions when you have social anxiety.
Think back to a recent social situation in which you felt anxious. Write down what your negative thoughts were before,during, and after the situation.
2.Ask yourself questions to challenge your negative thoughts. For example, if your negative automatic thought was "my friend was laughing at me, he must ne thinking that I was boring".
Ask yourself "Could there be a different explanation?" In this case, your alternative thought could be "It probably had nothing to do with me, they he had just thought about something ."
3.Try to notice the automatic negative thoughts that you have before, during, and after feared social situations, and challenge them with alternatives.
You can also do deep breathing exercises.

Social anxiety needs to be treated and sessions are very important as psychologist will help you out to identify triggers and work on your negative thoughts and emotions.
