Whole life to unki out of country hi thi job ,job . Now 6 years sy pak settle huey. Meri saas ko death ho gai thi . After that bachy akely reh gay , tbhi unhein wahan means pak jana para . Due to him Wo bht pehly sy esy hi hein. Rozy nhi rkh skty. But ye pani wala problem pak jany k bad start hua.
Given history is not sufficient for diagnosis .Mental state examination is necessary,course of onset of systems ,patient age,occupation etc in spite of all shortcoming i am sending prescription tab Lubrex 5mg TDS tab seroft 50mg at night use these medicines for 15 days than tell me the condition
