It is common to face memory issues in the post partum period. It is temporary. Just keep a good diet and take your multivitamins. Make a lost of things already and stick the list on your refrigerator or dresser. This way you’ll have continuous reminders

Postpartum depression is quite common after child birth. It is a long and painful procedure, I can understand. You feel ashamed because of your memory loss. This is also very natural. First thing that needs to be dealt is your depression. Once, your depression is cured you may start feeling better. Your memory loss might be a side effect of depression. It happens in few cases. I would recommend you to book a session with me and InshaAllah I'll be helpful in this regard. You need to pay attention to your baby girl. For this reason, you need to discuss yourself in detail with a psychologist.

Cheers to your recovery from PPD! Memory loss is temporary and you'll also overcome this. For now, take necessary supplements for your body, maintain diet- nuts, almonds, milk and choose from natural resources only. Keep sticky notes on your bed sides or share the schedule for a day with your loved one nearby you, that would help you recall or remind the thing whenever needed. Take help when you need to! you're not alone.
PPD is serious mental health Condition, and since you have recovered so you deserve an applause to that. Memory loss has a connection with PPD, get professional help and you will be surprised how well it goes. All the best, enjoy your new bundle of joy.
