panic attacks ky ilaj mein waqt lgta hai.laikin yh kafi hd tk thk ho jata hai after 12 to 20 sessions...deep breathing ar relaxation excercise kryn anxiety ky kaam krny ky lye.hypnosis bht useful tool hai panic attacks ko manage krny ky lye....clinical hypnosis ky session lyn regularly.
