Gender Dysphoria

Question

I have since the age of four always felt like a woman from my inside. I occasionally wear woman clothing and makeup in privacy from my family members. I cannot stop this urge of seeing myself as a woman in front of the mirror. I feel calm. However, as I'm living with my family I hardly get privacy. I'm feeling depressed since almost 5 years as there is a great deal of anxiety and pain every day. I can't concentrate on my career. I'm still unmarried. My future looks bleak. And all I wish all day that I was born a woman or I magically wake up as one. I can't disappoint my family as I'm the only male child my 2 elder sister are married and I live with my mother.
