how its possible to be strong against negativity if everything always go against what i thought of being the thing will be? nd cant control my overthinking i never get any positive response from any thing after too much hardwork so how can i avoid overthinking... i can avoid overthinking for some passage of tym but again i start overthinking about my past experience....
i cant be calm under pressure i get tense or i can say i get worried about anything or else i get negative....
change my perspection for every single thing how ??
