Asking For Self, Female, 30 Years old, mirpur
I am a bipolar patient and i had severe depression n hypomania which was controllable when i take any mood stabiliser.my depression was very stubborn and i have tried all antidepressants in market i was on lurisa butrin brintellix and sensival which worked well for me my cognition was outstanding after taking these four medicines and i felt completely normal but unfortunately i skipped these medicines i started taking again these medicines and its now 22 days i am on these medicines but they r not working so far.i feel when i skipped them they developed tolerance.what should i have to do now i am very upset i found this combo after 5 r 6 years and m sorrowful.kindly help me.
Well along with medication, kindly take counselling sessions as well because your bipolar will need to be managed as well as through counselling you'll stress coping skills as well as other psychological problems management skills which will help you to regulate your medication as well as other life's aspects.
