I have a problem. Main ek hi issue ko bar bar sochti rehti hn continuously and it’s always negative. For eg. Two days ago i discovered i have lump behind my ear (google said mastoidities) and th se main ye soch rhi k yeh mera brain py effect kr rha. I am constantly thinking about it k mjhy yh bemari hai wo bemari ha.. since two days i have started to get pulling feeling on my face and i keep think i am going to get paralysed.
