First of all, the female needs to b attached with a family member or friend whom the patient trusts. it is only to assure healthy relationship so the patient can b taken in to confidence regarding her illness. and then convinced to c a psychologist. it's also important that you mention how you discovered she has the above mentioned illnesses. has she been to a psychiatrist previously and did not have a pleasant experience or what.
next also you may take online consultation from a psychologist, explain all the symptoms in detail. the Psychologist will start management by making you a co therapist or one whom client trusts. then ins management will b v easy even if she does not visit anyone. you may help her by booking an online session for her and so the needful. gradually the patient will also show interest ins wen co therapist will act according to the therapist suggestions.
best wishes for her

yes ins it will. it is because basically she is in need of reassurance that all is well for her and she won't b judged or treated differently on the basis of her mental state and also that she is a normal human being with a bit of stressors and she will b fine soon. she doesn't want to b labelled. with psychological intervention, ins and unconditional positive regard, she will soon b out of this problem.

She really needs to learn some relaxation techniques and some copying strategies to cope with her own issues. May be you can help her with booking online psychotherapy sessions. Thank you dr. for reply, do relaxation techniques really help to get better? If medicines are not taken and only relaxation techniques are applied is that enough because the patient does not want to take medicines because of severe side effects

It is not necessary k apko medicines he leni pary g, kbhi kbar sirf psychotherapy e enough hoti h to resolve the issues, it totally depends on client’s will power and the support that’s client seeks from psychologist and family/ friends.

The main problem is that the elders of that family thinks that patient does not has any psychological issues , the spouse and siblings are very supportive... and sometime its very difficult to convince or convey the elders or parents about psychological problems

book ur appointment with me they marham
Just describe the condition to psychiatrists if its worse n give her medication. Dont force her for sessions or she will become stubborn just try to convince her and let her decide for her own self. You can just give information about what counsellor, psychologist and psychiatrist do.

There are multiple issues , the patient does not eat medicines for more then few days because of severe side effects, so giving them medicines without sessions is even more difficult...
