Assalamualaikum, Have following symptoms since last 3 years. During presentation or understanding someone, my heart beat increases suddenly. There always a unknown fear of being watched or judged. I'm very sensitive in self-esteem and whenever someone insult me or in condition of embarrassing, my face becomes pale yellow, cold body, legs shake krny lgti hain, or thandy passeny aaty hain. Sometime jb ye situation continually face krta hun tu ankhen blur hona shuru hojati hain chakar aa jaty hain. There is always fear of facing people. I'm very upset from this condition and Please let me know any solution to get rid from this. Thanks

Kab sa start ha aur married ho ya single nend bhook weight details batao ap ko weakness bhe ha ap ke symptoms bata rahy hain back pain to nae hota any other problem sub batao ma ap ki help kerta hu not a big problem
