A.O.A sir/madam muja 4 month say anxiet ka masal hai ... prhla bohat zaida tha lakin phir medicine use ki jis say behtar ho gaya ... lakin ab phir 3 say 4 din ho gay hai bohat dil kharab raha hai ... jab bahar dostou kay sath hota ho phir nai masla hota jab akla hota ho dil bohat khabrata hai... kya ya anxiety he hai ya kuch or masla hai...??? or agar anxiety hai tou muja kya karna chahiya ...??? bohat parshan ho please koi solution bata dey... shukriya ...(((

actually when you with your friends your attention has diverted while when you are alone you feel anxiety it might be due to some unconscious thoughts , fear or something whick makes you uncomfortable ,might be you try to fight with that problem unfortunately u failed . when you with your friends you deny all of your problems in conclusion you should try to engage your self in different activities which makes you feel happy .
