i am a depression patient from 3 years and taking effexor xr for it. but recently got diagnosed with OCD . tried clomipril which helped but i stopped due to side effects then tried antipsychotics but also stopped due to side effects I want to know that is it possible to combine SSRI Fluvaxamine with my current SNRI effexor xr for OCD
