Hello, I have have very critical situation, I have tinnitus and also always have dreams in my sleep. What I do or see every day is my dream. I get very tired when I get up. What should i do now ? It could damage my memory?

Morning Velax XR 75 MG
Night Melonia 2MG and also half Sensival 2.5 MG
