Welcome to the platform and thank you for your concern, I can understand your condition, your condition is so much overwhelmed and you have a fear that worse could happen especially death related to your loved ones this thing reflects your over-concern towards your relatives whom you are more emotionally attached and also that you are very sensitive, anxious and uncertain by your personality and thinking, let ask yourself would it happen the way you are thinking if no then you would consider that these are just my uncertain thought making me anxious and worried, say stop to these thought in your mind before you start thing more on it and I would suggest getting professional psychiatric help for further assessment and then proper advise can be given, Thanks Regards
