Talk to Psychiatry on Sleep Disorder
Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Multan
I always sleepy even though i sleep almost 8 to 9 hours at night and still again sleep in afternoon 4 to 5 hours more even though i do nothing. Whenever i just lay on bed i start feeling sleepy instantly. Is all this normal?
