Dr. Sb i have a severe depression from last 6 years. I have checked to multiple doctors and take multiple medicine but no improvement. After being hopeless i have stop taking medicine. But my life is become a hell. I do not have energy to do any work. My head is always heavy. Even 10 hours sleep does not relax my body.
