Talk to Psychiatry on Schizophrenia And Ocd

my sister is a chronic patient of schizophrenia and ocd.currently she is on zoloft,seroxate and glipin these medicines proved helpful in the way she is no more schizophrenic but her ocd is not fully cured.she says that sexual thoughts comes over and over again in.her mind which she hates.thee days these thoughts are lessen but not completely vanished.nowadays she feels depressed she has no motivation lack of interest she is not social.and her memory is very bad also.learning memory.kindly help me I am so much anxious about her she has tried so many medicines but all in vain .she has consulted renowned doctors on marham app but useless.could any one write a medicine for her so that her present sympyoms go away.plzz dont reply that i have to consult a psychiatrist i have consulted so many expert Doctors now i am tired.write some latest medicines for her.thnks in advance.
