Asking For Self, Female 30, mirpur Azad kashmir
Patient is suffering from psychlogical issue since 11 years age & right now she is 30.In this 30 years time period she had got 8 Ects that had  bad effects on patient. Her illness exacerbated after receiving Ects but after that a doctor has diagnosed her wth Ocd beacuse she had got some annoying sexual thoughts and because of them several times she tried to end her life.we used to lock our gate because she tried to escape from house.she has got several severe cuts an ijnuries in her hands.Doctor also has diagnosed her with borederline personality disorder and she got victory in curing patient but she had still depression as that was pretty stubborn. unkuckily we have discontinued medicine and after two years she got a relapase she started saynig people will kill my family and me also.she used to say that people are reading my mind she started doing multiple suicide attempts and had suspiciousness about people.Dr has prescribed her faverin and fl

Detailed assessment of the patient and review of the complete medical record and treatment history needs to be done to confirm the diagnosis and improve the medications for proper treatment.

I understand it must be a difficult time for the patient and family. She needs detailed assessment by a Psychiatrist and I think she needs inpatient admission.
Thanks for sharing ur concern. Depression and GAD are certainly very disturbing conditions. You may consult me for it as you need a continued support for a couple of months to overcome your symptoms. It’s hard to benefit from medicine alone, without talk therapy. Hope that helps.
