Asking for Mother, Female, 45 years old, khushab
A.o.A my mother is I'll she had strange anxiety and panic attacks which start 4 am in the morning and she becomes normal around 3 to 4 PM. we have done all bloods test all were clear. we also consulted a psychologist but no improvement. why this start at 4 am in morning and she become stable in evening ? she is taking these medicines 1.olanzapine 5 mg in night 2.inderal half morning half night 3.lexotanil 3 mg 1 morning 1 night 4.fluoxetine capsule 20 mg 1 morning

Hi there. I understand you are concerned about your mother. Panic attacks usually doesn't last for so long. Usually they are over within minutes. I think you should consult a Psychiatrist for detailed assessment. Her medication should be reviewed again and relaxation exercises should be tried.
