plz visit a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and treatment as reason for depression need to be identified as soon.
in the mean time Organize yourself with a proper daily routine, walk daily for 20 mins. avoid smoking etc and become regular with 5 times daily prayers.

Go for treatment. Don’t waste your time further. Is is totally treatable.
u need treatment...as much as treatment is delayed depression can get worsen..visit psychiatriat as soon as possible
