Sometimes i feel light headed and dizzy but when i felt light headed yesterday i almost zoned out, I started to feel like a dream as if i am standing in a dream not reality, this feeling lasted for few seconds but it was very uncomfortable ... what is this called? Aoa, it can be a symptom of medical condition, you should get a medical opinion first to rule out high blood pressure or blood sugar, it can be a side effect of any kind of medication too specifically self medication used or sleep. If there is no medical reasons then you should be evaluated by a psychiatrist.
