What are those medicine that she is taking, also you need to consult her cardiologist first and then after management of her cardiac issue seek Psychiatric consultation.

Taking multiple medications is a common problem in Pakistan where people visit one physician after another and continue taking medication prescribed by the previous physician also thinking this must be doing some good. All modern meds are powerful agents and have side effects. You are doing an admirable job trying to cut down her medication. But not having any medical knowledge is a stumbling block.
