Apni fikr hmary sath bantny ka shukriya. Mai samajh sakta hun ap aur apki behan jis mushkil se guzar rahy han.
Jahan tak tashkhees ka taluq ha:
bhook ki kami, neend ki kharabi, zehni dbao jasi alamaat, aam taur per, kuch dinun se kuch haftun tak, kisi qareebi ki wafat k bad sab log kisi had tak mehsus karty han. Isay Normal Grief (dukh ki kafiyat) kaha jata ha, aur kisi medicine ya ilaj ki zarurat nai hoti.
