sir me 10 saal se OCD k masle ka shikaar hn..zindgi me jo kaam bhi krta hn uske nagtive khyalt mere zehn me aty hen..isi wja se meri study choot gai.me kahi job nh kr skta..mazhbi khyalat ka ana..ghabrht bhi bht hoti h..koi bad news sun lun to meri tange kanpne pe ajati hen..mere zehn me ye bat beth gai h k me zindgi me koi kaam nh krskta na khush reh skta hn..kafi dafa nafsiyati doctors ko chek krwa chuka hn..Inderal,Alp etc khata rha hn.ab sucide krne k khayl bhi aaty hen..me ab zyda offord nh kr pa rha doctors ki feesen islye kafi arse se ksi dr ko nh dikhaya..mihrbani farma k mujhe koi aisi medicine btain jise sari zindgi khata rhun lkn ye soch nikal jay mere zehn se

This needs proper clinic visits and will require medication and therapy on regular visits only If u can not afford u should visit psychiatry OPD of govt run or medical college hospitals
