Talk to Psychiatry on Ocd Problem

i have been taking flouxetine from 3 months. 40 mg for 2 months and then increased to 60 mg in next month. Now i am on 60 mg flouxetine . My ocd got betterwith flouxetine about 70 percent after 8 weeks of flouxetine then i was feling better but now my 3 months on flouxetine ia completed and 13 days ago my ocd came back and my 70 percent improvement reduced to 30 percent . Now i am feeling just 30 percent better. What can be the reason and what should i do
