i was taking flouxetine 40 mg from 2 months and feeling m7ch better ALHAMDULILLAH but not fully improved now my doctor increased my dose to 60 mg 10 days ago and 6 days ago my ocd is a little bit back what can be the cause or reason and what should my doctor and i do
