Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, peshawar
ASSALAMUALIKUM. I am ocd patient.i am taking flouxetine from 2 months and ALHAMDULILLAH i am 60 % to 70 % feeling better now. My psychiatrist gave me two choices 1. First choice is that i augment olanzapine with flouxetine to get more better
2 . Second choice is that i do CBT and ERP with taking flouxetine to get more better.
I want your opinions about what should i do and which choice is better
Both options are good.
Use CBT and ERP
