Talk to Psychiatry on OCD Caused By Tappering Clonazepam

hi. i was taking clonazepam 0.5 mg 2 times a day. my doctor told me to get off of it. i started to tappering it and when i tappered off it to 0.5 mg half tablet. i suddenly got too much OCD . please guide me that is this OCD caused by the tappering off of clonazepam

The best way to taper down the benzodiazepine is very slowly and the duration and dose of revotril you are taking of clonazepam. And are you taking it alone or with other antidepressant SSRI because some time it's very hard to to taper down benzodiazepine alone. But you can try this method to taper down it. If you are on the dose of 0.5 mg twice a day then take 0.5 mg one tablet at night and half of 0.5 mg 0.25 mg at day time for two week then 0.5 mg whole tablet for one week at night then after that break 0.5 mg tablet to 0.25 mg and take it twice a day for one week and then only 0.25 mg once a day for one to two weeks.

G mujhy esi sochain ati haj jo main nhi chahta per phir bhi mery zehen main ati rehti hai . or mujh main suddenly cleaning or paki or napaki ky khayalaat aty hain. or main bathroom main ghantoo guzaar deta hun phir bhi mujhy esa lagta hai ky sahi sy saaf nhi hwa main.
