I need help to find out the best phyciatrist or phychologist for my self. I have mental problem from 7 to 8 years but i didnot treated now its becoming severe and all the time a feel pain and burden on my head i have lost my focus i didnot talk properly i forget words i have lost concentrations please any one help me or guide me to treat my self otherwise I may do suicide
