Asking for Brother, Male, 24 years old, Lahore
I am really worried about my brother. Idk what dose of drug he took which badly effected his mental health. He was not in his senses sever aggressive and was talking about lame things which are not part of real life l. We sent him to a private clinic where drug addicts get treated they said they will manage his mental health too but after 3 weeks the doc said today that he still talks non sense at times. I am worried if he is not getting proper treatment there or which doc i should consult for him. A neuro physician or whom. Kindly guide
Kindly get him a proper consultation from psychiatrist so that better assessment and treatment can be provided, at times this can be due to drug abuse, it can be a severe psychiatric issue, which needs proper management. Regards.
He's manageable, don't worry... Get himself checked again by a psychiatrist. Inshallah will get cured for sure.

We didn't take him to a psychiatrist. We admitted him in a private clinic where drug addicts are treated. Dr said he will take care of his mental health too. But today after 3 weeks dr said he still talks nonsense. I wanted to ask if it is okay that we get him home and have his sessions with psychiatrist? Or he needs medication? Dr said there are phases at times patient act normal and at times he talks useless things. But my brother didn't talk useless or uselessly. Just this drug dose effected his mental health. Kindly guide

He needs to be checked by a Psychiatrist thoroughly.. Than accordingly he will be treated.

Its his psyche issue? Means he does not need any medication? Just some sessions with psychiatrist? Can u please suggest me a good psychiatrist?
