I suffer from GAD and Depression but from 1 year i am facing symptoms of Depersonalization. I am numb and oily I can’t feel my face or body with brain fog and decreased consciousness. Kindly help how can i come out of this state? Thank you

I have tried 3 antidepressants in the past but without any luck and i am afraid to try antidepressant once again because of horrible side effects. What do you suggest sir.

I can understand your feelings, please take treatment you will certainly recover. Most of people with psychiatric disorders don't follow proper treatment that is obstacle in their way of treatment. Stay blessed
The foremost is to ascertain the diagnosis.
First organic pathology should be ruled out.
Second your other diseases and treatment you are taking have to be reviewed.
Third your stressors needs to be addressed.
Depersonalisation could be part of depression and anxiety. If these diagnoses are established then proper treatment has to started.
