Talk to Psychiatry on Low Libido Due To SSRI
Asking for Self, Male, 33 years old, Lahore
I have 11 years of depression and anxiety history ..... Through out used different medicines however Escitalopram seems to work best for on other hand some medicine didn't work at all instead gave other health issues ...... So for majority of the years i have been using esitalopram and didn't have any noticeable side effect but from past 6 months i am facing low libido and some degree of e.d so how what can be done and what sort of medication is needed regards

Hi there. I understand it's a difficult time for you. Please speak to your Psychiatrist for detailed assessment as there could be a no of reasons for sexual difficulties including Escitalopram. This is treatable. Please don't worry.
Since you are literate enough about your illness and that's a good news. You need proper and complete assessment from a psychiatrist besides dose adjustment or shifting to another medicine (if needed)
