hi. i am currently of Effexor xr 225 mg +Qusel 25 mg +clomipril 150mg. these are for my depression and OCD . but know i have lack of intrest in thing which i enjoyed aloot. plz guide me that what should i do ?
This is also a symptom of depression which will get better with the medication by are already taking

Welcomed, can please mention since how long you have been medications and since how long you have these depression and OCD symptoms, are there any psychosocial issues in your life? How is the response in medication, did you go for psychotherapy session? You are taking quite good doses of medication even in combination if still symptoms are there then that need to be assessed why, you need to take expert opinion. Thanks

i am taking effexor xr 225 mg from 3 years and now i have OCD so i was prescribed 25 days ago clomipril 150 mg per day. now my OCD is improved and getting better ALHAMDULILLAH . but i have lost of intrest in activities i loved

I was taking effexor xr 225 mg + mezeron 30 mg for depression. and now my psychiatrist switch me from 30 mg mezeron to clomipril 150 mg because i was gaining too much weight and also i got symptoms of OCD . now i have no pleasure in things

Welcome again, sorry for late reply, as per said the improvement is obvious but still some symptoms are there it means you may need psychotherapy sessions and the weight gain, you should visit your treating doctor to discuss on it. Thank you
