Two weeks ago I had a severe back headache(tension headache maybe) and after that headache I felt dizzy while sitting,standing or walking . Everything around me feels dark and spinning round and round. I also have pain in neck and shoulders. And I have taken medicines like(serc,stemetil) but these medicines didn't cure my illness.
