I want to ask that my Heartrate goes very fast when i am in gathering or when someone talking to me, in marriages, in funerals as well, my interviews and meetings have gone worst due to this anxiety, i feel like my heart is beating very fast and my head gets tight, i feel like i will faint or have a spinning sensation.
