Talk to Psychiatry on Fast Beat And Electricity

My mother always feels a continous fast heart beat and a feeling of electricity flowing through her body which has really disturbed her. Following are other symptoms 1. Palpitations 2. Dizziness 3. Feeling like to vomit 4. Low chest pain 5. Weight loss She is so much disturbed that she is always talking death and crying almost all the time. We took her to a lot of doctors but each everyone said this is stress and depression and gave her antidepressant. She need serious help. I dont think so it is depression or stress. She is suffering from something. Please i need good doctor urgently.
