I need guidance of a pharmaceutical specialist---------- Is there any interaction between my prescribed medication, these are the followings; 1. Glucophage 2. Escitaloprám (20mg) 3. Aldactone (100mg) 4. Alp (0.25) half per day.

Escitalopram is the safest option to use with Glucophage, as there is a drug interaction of pharmacodynamically it increases the effect of metformin. and there is no drug interaction between Escitalopram and Aldocton and Glucophage and aldactone. Thanks
