Resperidone is antipsychotic medication, for OCD Antidepressant medications are indicated, but yes antipsychotics can be given, research has shown the t olanzapine low dose along with antidepressant medication is helpful when patient does not respond to the antidepressant medication alone, resperidone can be given evidences are few. Thanks
THANK you respiridone can be given in small dose but in addition to main line ssri medication
