Talk to Psychiatry on Depression And Anxiety

Aoa All.
Ive been having Issues Sleeping for the last 4 weeks and had 3 Anxiety attacks (Heavy Breathing all of a sudden, Increased Heart beat and palpitations, Loss of Concentration and awareness etc) I can't seem to shut my mind off as it constantly keeps something on. I feel like wanting to cry but I can't sometimes... When I do Crying seems to help temporarily. In these 4 weeks I feel anger and hate. Yet I am conflicted with my emotions because I have never given in to anger or hate before. I feel restless all the time. It's due to a family related issue and I am having a hard time processing things through because my mind is unable to accept the situation.
Please help.
