I have strange thoughts, then my mind gets confused. The same thoughts bother me. It's okay to do the same thing on a daily base - now Any day I do something out of my daily routine Trouble comes I face this issue since Jan 2020. 1st I have a fear of death. After 2-3 months, this issue was completely cured. Then I began to live my life normally like another common man without any issue or problem. In November this issue starts again. Now I face the fear of bathing in winter and wear any dress. It's cold, I won't take a bath. Start taking a bath, then it comes to my mind. Soap, not once, but twice. this happens in the dress, wear a new dress. I am afraid that it will itch. Try to go to bed at before12 O'clock. I'm afraid I won't sleep Then sleep comes after about 12-15 minutes, but after exactly 30-40 minutes, the eye will open from sleep, then sleep does not come quickly.
